    can't remove post facelift bumper

I need some options on how to remove the main bumper bolts as all four (2X front 2X rear) are sheared at the head. Now I can't get the bumpers off and I don't have a fastener head to remove!

on the rear its pretty easy to remove the nuts on the shocks. On the front... I dunno man. Drill?

Yeah... thats a serious case of tough luck.

The rear is easy enough. There is one bolt in the trunk under the battery cover for one of the shocks. The other bolt is accessed from under the car. The shock on the otherside both are accessed from under the car. Remove those 13mm head nuts and slide the bumper off the car.

The front is going to make you cry.

Remove your plate and the black plastic trim on the front bumper. You will see a bunch of plastic rivits holding the bumper cover to the core. Remove the rivits by pulling the head out with whatever works for you. Once they are all out the bumper cover will slide off the core.

There are a couple flat headed torx bolts under there, you might be able to get those loose but i dunno. Either way with the bumper cover off you can see the shocks/bolts and actually get to them to spray the top of the broken bolt with PB blaster or the like.

Anyone have advice on these bolts? I can't, for the life of me seem to get them loose. Any easy way? Easier tools? I dont' have airtools...maybe thats the problem.

Righty tighty; leftie loosie. T-55 Torx socket and long pull handle. It'll come loose.

Okay tried that, any other suggestions? T40 was the size i had to use and a long pull handle. Now they are becoming stripped and haven't moved a bit.

EDIT: I was trying to get the wrong bolts off. For others that don't know and might have overlooked them, they are the bolts that you get from the bottom...which are t55's.

Thanks again and my new valance is on.
