Does the Rebar un-bolt from this bracket?

Theres a torx flat head bolt on the other side of the rebar that those 3 nuts are threaded to. If were to un-bolt it from the other side, would i be able to pull the rebar off the bracket?

Are you just trying to remove the cover from the rebar ?

I''ve never tried to remove the shock mounting brackets complete with the studs , just removed the nuts and removed the bracket bare .

not sure what you are trying to accomlish but I guess you could just give it a try by removing the torx bolts on the front side .

Would you happen to know the torx size by any chance? It looks like a either a t-35 or 40.....I tried my t-30 bit and it was too small by a bit.
