Front plate holder filler?

Its like the "BMW" center strip (at the top of pic) but for E30 Plastic bumpers and deletes the front plate and bracket all together. The ones picutred are for e36's

Anybody have a part number? Looked on RealOEM but couldn't find a thing.

nothing for plastic bumpered e30's. the only thing close is the filler piece that sticks on sold by BMP...

There has to be. I've seen it on somebody's E30 here and i've seen it on a E30 Touring in an old edition of Total BMW. It's illegal here to drive w/no front plate here but damnit i want one. I'll see if i can still find the mag with it.
