    Goo-Gone?

    I took my pin stripe off but there is still crap left from the adhesive. Will Goo-Gone take the clear coat off?

    EDIT: it shouldn't take off the clear coat.

        Used it with no probs on a white car. BUT, the light polish helped remove that glue and some of the color differences.

          I use Goo Gone every time I debadge a car with no issues. You'll probably want to use some polish afterwards to minimize the difference in the colors afterwards.
