1988 e30 facelift and rear bumber swap?

So what I am wondering is if the '88 e30's are easer to swap to plastic bumpers than anything 87 and earlier?

Basically, yes, all you have to do is bolt them on.

I did mine a few months ago, it's a strait bolt on swap. All you need are the shocks and side clips from the plastic bumpers, along with the bumpers themselves.
