refinishing ix sideskirts/fenderflares/spoiler

so i picked up some ix sideskirts, fender flares and a spoiler at the local pick and pull yard for $8.95

they're white and the paint is rough. i want to strip them and paint them flat black. but i want a paint that goes on evenly, and doesnt so much paint the material as it does stain it a flat black. anyone know anything like this? also, would it be safe to strip the stuff by sodablasting? i was thinking at an extremely low psi, and doing it very carefully would work well.

any suggestions? thanks guys!!

I'd just scuff it up with some 180 grit, then move to 400 or so and hit it with SEM black. I did this on all my plastic/rubber trim and it looks great.
