My car is an 88, and now with plastics. Be sure to get the bumper shocks, turn signals, and the plastic sliders. There is usually a little locating to be done to get the rear sliders in the right spot, but its nothing major and only takes a few minutes.
It's not too bad, as long as there is no damage to the existing bumpers (ask me how I know).
As long as your car hasn't been in any front/rear accidents, it should go pretty smoothly. Just remove the old bumpers, attach the new shocks and plastic sliders, and fit up the bumper. Be prepared to do a bit of tweaking and fitting to get the gaps rights. Again, cars w/o previous damage will be easier.
