Need help with the plastic bumper install

Also wanted to ask you guys, for my front, I will need to cut off the tow hooks to mount the valence right? Any other modifications i need to do? Thanks!

Nope nothing else. But take my advice and cut them back as far as you can. I did mine flush with the bumper shock surround and I had issues fitting my valence. I had to bend the passenger side ones down a bit for everything to be flush.
