They are like 18/pc at the dealer and you need 8 special clips for them.

Everybody always says you need special clips when someone asks this question.

I bought mine from the dealer for 31 dollars and no "special clips" were needed. They fit just fine using the screws that hold in your fogs in the first place. They are cheap and they look good. Go get some ordered and just throw them on.

Who paid 18/pc for them? List is a little over 10 IIRC, and I bought mine for like 8 something each from getbmwparts.com when I bought my zhp knob.
