    rocker pannels

    so i have quite the dent in my passenger side rocker panel, so i am wondering if i can buy a new rocker panel cover? or am i just going to have to cut it off and bend it back? Thanks

      I wouldn't suggest cutting it off to bend it back.

        i dont think you can pull it out like that because of how its bent, plus i know somewhere you can buy new rocker pannels but idk where so it really doesnt matter, and i thought i might have to worry about the chassis twisting but there is a stabilizer bar that runs down the inside of the rocker so its safe to cut....I will keep yall updated!

          There should be no problem cutting out the bent up section and welding in a new part. As long as the area is preped well and the welding is done well. I am assuming that it is just the outer area of the rocker, not the inner section of the rocker.
          You will just want to cut the outer section out and wend in the new section. If you were to cut thru the outer and inner, then you would have problems with things moving around on you.
          I know where you can get a section of rocker.... you should only need about a foot, right?
