Does anyone have pictures of the front airdam brackets for a 325es? I thought I had seen them in realoem but could not find them. I need to fab some.

Lol, do what i did, attach it to your bumper.
With plastic mounts, the spoiler sags in the middle. looks like the car is smiling like a retard all the damn time.
Here's what I did.
1. Take the metal cross bar, and knock out the studs in it. I put the bar on a piece of soft wood, and hammered the shit out og the studs. Redrilled thos holes to allow m6 bolts. I used my extra oil-pan bolts.
2. Put that bar into the spoiler where it would be, and drill out those 3-5 holes.
3. Attach your spoiler to the car with side moints, lift it up and mark the center hole.
4. Put that metal bar under the bumper, align center holes. I used 3 clamps to hold that bar in place. Mark the rest of the holes, and drill those holes with bar in place.
5. All you have to do now is bolt on the spoiler with metal bar under the spoiler. I use that bar to distribute the load of bolts across the entire spoiler.
Like I said, I used oil pan bolts and generic 6mm nuts. Takes longer to align than to write this up, but looks great as a result.

I second the attach to the bumper. I actually just drilled holes near the inside edge of the metal bumper, and on the top of the valance, and then bolted them together. Came out decent, although its a track car.http://www.e30motorsports.com

... the only issue then is if you ever hit something - steep driveway, misjudge a parking curb - your weakest link is the plastic bumper, so the damage will be a lot more than just surface scratches.
I know everyone on here is a perfect driver, but even to good drivers those things happen sometimes.
I used some pliable metal to make brackets... sometimes I have to redo the brackets, but better than looking for a new spoiler.

I thought I might be able to bend some strips of metal into the shape to attach to the valance at the top, curve out to adequately hold the spoiler in position away from the valence, then curve back to reattach to the valence. I'd imagine the L & R plastic spacers differ from the center ones. Can anyone provide a tracing of the dimensions of these (from the side)?
