what is the difference.. i know that euro bumpers dont have side markers.. is there anything different about the valance? im of course talking about 89-91 bumpers..
Only other difference that I remember is that non-A/C cars have only one opening in the valence instead of 2. As you noted, the sidemarkers are also not installed.
