Best clear coat for IS lip

I did mine with krylon fusion and a spray on clear coat....and now it's riddled with stone chips. I'm redoing but would like to use a better clear coat that will stand up to stone abuse. Any suggestions?

i used rustoleum texture paint with clear coat spray paint on my front spoiler and i haven't got a single rock chip in almost 3000miles. make sure you use lots of layers of paint, i did texture, clear,texture, clear, and in the end there was no texture but its holding up very nicely.
