special thanks to Luke for helping me with this.
We didn't end up completely flattening the rears on mine either. Not going to be necessary for my purposes anyway.

Barring any unforeseen complications...this is going down tomorrow in Tacoma sometime early afternoon. Idanity...did you want to carpool? I live in North Seattle (Wedgewood area). I'd want to head down there before rush hour, so let's say leave around 12, depending on where Luke is at that point. PM me if you're still interested and I'll send you my aunt and uncle's address.Leave a comment:

Haha...I just sent you a PM before reading this. Check your inbox, and more importantly, check your cheap motel thread.
Depending on how everything unfolds, do you think we could squeeze it into Tuesday afternoon/evening? If not, Wednesday would probably work...I left a message for the painter to try to delay until we could get on the fenders, but as of yet have not heard from him. The earlier we can do it, the better, but the most important thing is that you're happy, hydrated, cool, and not stressing on cramming too many things into one day.
Did you get my PM about the other things I wanted to do to my car while you were in town?Leave a comment:

OK guys, as things look, I am gonna head north on Monday. I have a few stops in PDX, lunch in vancouver, then head north.
I will be at James' house sometime Monday night, unless shit gets all fouled up, then either motel or whatever, so I really don't know.
I want to do an install on tuesday, should be done pretty early, but I have no clue on travel time.
Maybe Wednesday for fender rolling? Nothing is set in stone, as I still have to build 3 speaker boxes and it has been HOT as hell! 105 degrees and covered in sawdust? I say hell no!

thanks for the photo
i saw a few youtube vids of it (that got carried away into racing, and painting, and well, over an hour of fun stuff)
i saw we can use a baseball bat for the rear too, but those tools look so easy i just want to roll a few (my rear arches especially (runnin 225/45/17s)...
i got a heat gun.Leave a comment:
