Help Needed What Color is my Car?

So I just had a carbon hood shot and put on the car. The body shop said it took them three tries to get the color right. They said them my car is not 138 Cinnabar but something else. The entire car looks like the same color and even under the capet it is the same. Could the factory have mislabeled or something here is a pic. I will try and get more later.


I want to order some paint to do the mirrors and lower air dam but I dont want to order the wrong color.

Is it a late-'89?

If so, possible its:

bright red 308
calypso Red Pearl Clear 252/253

Is your color code gone? Is it a unique respray? It looks to be brilliantrot from your crappy pic. It's definitely not calypso or cinnabar.

Color code is still there but it must be wrong. It is really bright red with no orange and no clear the car was built in late 88 and has had a partial respray due to rear ender but the color is the same all over the car. I will post up a good pic asap.

I think it is Zinno but it has faded towards Brilliant- The hood is the only bit of repaint on the car and the shop did a good job. It is weird but on really hot days you can see the weave in the CF hood from the shine off of the hood. Like orange peel but in a cool pattern.
