Is it all one piece? I want to replace the outside handle itself, but am curious to know what I'm up against before I try. Like if the lock and handle are one assembly I have to take out.
Outside handle is simply held on by 2 screws. Stick some masking tape on the door under the handle to protect the paint before trying to take the screws out. It also helps if you wedge something under an end of the handle to help you access the screws. Very simple.
