Floor plug question

Hi. A plug is missing in the floor of my 318is. The hole is 46mm so I ordered the number 18.

Now I can't figure how to install the plug since it's way to big for the hole. I looked on the other side of the car and the plug is beefyless and more flat.

Do you know which plug to order ? I don't want water infiltrating my car.

#15 looks like the right one. it should come with a gasket to seal it. You bend the tabs to secure it to the floor.
