      Lol, I had electrical tape when my antenna went out and I pulled it out. I forgot about the tape and took the car through a touchless carwash at work. The trunk drains were a bit clogged, and the jack well filled completely with water and overflowed into the spare tire well. That was fun to clean up.

          I finally got this little Cap form DCColegrove on here works perfect, and sits pretty flush

                Hood stops?
                Seriously, go to a good hardware store and look in the nut-n-bolt bins for a flat plastic plug. The hole diameter is a bit tight for US size plugs but it does fit. So snug no water intrusion. Cost probably less than $2. Barely visible in this pic of my car:
