    Agreed. Here is my future prediction... insurance companies owning thier own body shops. The nice thing about being a painter though is we can paint anything we want not just cars.

          Another interesting thread. I want to learn to do body work. I have been screwed by shops in the past so in my opinion if I want something done right then I have to do it myself.

            Doing bodywork is kinda one of those things where practice makes perfect. The first time you do it you fail. The more you do it the better you get. Then the better you get you can do it with your eyes closed.
