    Broken bolt during bumper removal

I was removing my rear plastic bumper and one of the torx bolts broke and the other one stripped. I am swaping bumpers with an Mtech 2 car so I have extra brackets. What should I do, take the nuts off the brackets that are under the valance??

    Yes

Assuming its the rear bumper, you can remove the nuts up under the rear valence. Two on each side. If its the front, I don't think you can access the shock mounting bolts from underneath the bumper, as the front valence protrudes forward.
