refinishing a zender dtm spoiler with gurney flap with more adjustments

    Hey guys,

I got my hands on a zender dtm flap recently that im planning on tossing on my track car. Now when i tried to remove the flap half of the bolts either stripped or broke in the spoiler. :( Well I got to thinking and this is a chance for me to build it better faster stronger. The original flap only has three holes for adjustments = weak. Thus i decided to put 5 holes for adjustments where the flap will be held on with 5 bolts and 5 large diameter fender washers which should act similar to using 10 bolts to hold it in. I should have pictures up in the next few days of my progress. I have some supplies coming in soon.
