IS/ES cowcatcher valance fog light bezel?

I am working on obtain most of what I need for the IS/ES valance. The fogs seem to be confusing. I have fog lights and all the pictures I’m getting look like exactly what I have.

are the fogs exactly that same in all applications? Do I need some kind of bezel to mount fog lights to the valance?

IIRC the fogs are completely different, NLA, and not reproduced. I just put my valence on and I'm looking in to lights that fit the dimensions and can also be aimed.
