Hello,
If you ever had this problem I feel for you ( really I do). The bottom portion of my drivers side door has busted off the hinge. BMW, brilliant most of the time has failed in my eyes on this particular design.
At the top of the hinge there's a Standard (flat) screw, and a 10mm bolt on the bottom. Vice-Verse on the bottom hinge. How in the hell after 22 years of weather elements does one get this bottom hinge off from a car without completely stripping the head? I've tried heating, PB, calling it every name in the book, beer, medical marry, and things that'd make your mother cry!
If anyone has any idea's or has had similar problems I'd love to know.
