Front Fenders (Side Panels right & left) Questions

I have a 1989 Euro Touring I imported. It does not have the aft front-wheel marker lights.



I need two new front fenders and I am struggling to understand what the differences are between these:

Are the Touring fenders truly different than say the sedan?

Sorry to ask what may have already been answered on many occasions.

when putting in the part numbers on google, the sedans come up as USA type and the Tourings as Euro.
However, looking at pictures I can't find any obvious differences..

Thanks, that is sort of my conclusion as well but I don't know these cars all that well.
