Repairable or replaceable the rear apron/valence?

Hey guys, I'm not quite sure what I should do. Dent in the corner of the rear valence/apron below the bumper. I'm not even sure what this part is exactly called. Do you guys think its fixable or if I should just replace it? Also, where do I find the part number and source for this piece? Pic attached. Car is 91' 318is.

You can certainly try to pound/pull it out and then use some body filler. It doesn’t need to be absolutely perfect since it is low visually on the car and is going to get stone guard (which covers minor imperfections). To replace you’ll need part or all of two panels, welding, Stoneguard and paint. The lower rear quarter is available as a patch panel.
