87 "is" Front Air Dam on an 88 Cabby

I have an 87 "is" front air dam that I've been wanting to put on my car for the past year or so. It's prepped and ready to be painted.

I don't have the mounting brackets for it.

Can I just use self tapping screws to mount it to the front diving board?

Is there anything else I need to do, or is that it?

I've had this in my garage for over a year, I have the matching paint I ordered from paintscratch.com and would like to get this done.

I also have the fog lights that mount inside the air dam.

Is that all there is to it?

      Looks good.

      Could you give more specifics?

Also, I may go for blacked out turn signal lenses on the front DB

well i had the mounting brackets which inluded a bar with studs welded on to it, when i broke the rest of the brackets i cut the studs out drilled holes where they were. i used M6 bolts through those holes (5 of them evenly spaced) with holes drilled through the bumper and used nuts on the other side.

so basically it goes like this top to bottom

        Nut
        Washer
        Bumper
        Valence
        Bar
        Washer
        Bolt
