    What do these words mean

"Shadowline" what's with that? "Mtech" - some kind of body trim - is it only for "M" cars ? Stall speed - as with an auto trans - does this mean I stomp on the gas while mashing the brakes til I get to the "stall speed" than release the brakes for a quick get-a-way ?

    thanks

Shadowline - black trims rather than chrome (even on modern BMWs).
M-Tech - are factory dress up parts. ie. Two types of body kit depending on whether you have an S1 or S2 car, also interior and suspension parts. The modern equivalent would be M-Performance parts (ie. not ‘M’ cars)
Stall speed refers to the revs that the torque converter will engage your auto trans, so pretty much as you describe.

For the kits (note, both cars below have shadow line trim with no chrome trim around the windows):

    M-Tech 1

    M-Tech 2
