Convertible passenger side window glass adjustment

I have followed the steps in the e30 repair manual but I can't find the adjustment screws. What I see in my car and in the step by step guide don't match up.

I just want to drop the trailing corner of the window glass 1/16" so it can clear the weatherstripping and seal properly.

So anyone help me out as to what I need to do to make the adjustment?
