how do you change the wiper motor rest position?

I want my wiper to rest in the up position like this M5.



How do you setup the wiper motor so it stops in the up position? pretty much reverse of what it usually does.

might be as easy as reversing polarity on the motor.

or just adding a cog. but really, its the 1st ive known of this..
