    modded us grills

Its been raining non-stop and i was bored today so i figured i'd mess around with a spare set of us grills i had. I'm planning on picking some euro grills up in next week or two and just did this meanwhile to see what kind of results i could come up with, so don't flame ;-)

The us grills have a completely different shape than euros other than the obvious brow part, so its not a good substitution even if you can pull it off.
Anyway, i fit the pieces that i trimmed off of the passenger side to fill the gap on the driver side and jb welded them in place, then sanded, used body filler, sanded again, primed and trim painted it. I think it turned out decent.

Thats old school. I have a set done up just like that. I think they are in a box on the back porch though...

Can you take some pictures of the top and some close ups of where you modified in better light? I wanna see them better!
