Well all smartass comments aside, I know they do it in the UK, and I wasn't talking about Germany specifically. Pick up any UK car mag, and you will ads for hundreds of different colors, designs, and styles for number plates that you can order with your car's registration number, and they are perfectly legal to run.Comment
