Early ES/IS front spoiler on DB cabrios?

Looking for pictures. Any reason this wouldn't be doable? I'm wondering if I can swap my '86 valence and '87 ES front spoiler onto an '88 vert I may buy for my father.

      1 second...

      Edit:

my 89 cab, if you have the original mounting brackets youre good to go IF you have the older style sheet metal valence which i would expect an 88 would since my 89 did. Mine isnt mounted with original brackets anymore because they broke, i have it bolted directly to the bumper.
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Thanks guys -- just what I was needing. Both of these verts look beautiful -- nice work.

Love that color, Columbus. My whole family's back there in Ohio (Canton area) -- and the vert will be heading there as well.

Make sure your spoiler has 4 bottom openings, came on the is and a few es, or your oil cooler will not get any air.

Good call - the early eS spoilers had two openings, the iS style (what we have) have the four openings to get air to the oil cooler as stated above.

Or relocate to the higher section for the upper vents.

Thanks for the heads up. Mine is indeed the 4-hole version ('87).

I'm thinking about doing this on my ix. I assume it would be the same?

If it has diving boards - yes, same thing.
