custom grille?

I assume this is a custom fabricated grille but im wondering if anyone knows where to get this if its aftermarket or if anyone knows anything about the guy that did it.

anyone else seen any custom center grilles other than the old blacked out kidneys?

You could make one with some extra grills laying around. Torch and sandpaper might do it.
