I have a Colgan bra that just covers the very front of the hood. I basically never use it. Traps dirt/dust and scratches the paint if you're not super careful. It's a real mess when it gets wet. It requires so much cleaning and maintenance that it's basically useless.

The only time I ever use it is when I'm taking a very long highway drive in the summer (lots of bugs) and I know for sure it's not going to rain. In other words, never.

Plus, it looks stupid.

hood bras are only good for use on special occasions like long trips or driving which you know you may experience a gravel road. that way you can reduce excess rock chips/road tar/bug goo and not fade the paint unevenly. if you leave them on all teh time, you fail.

Ok.. so what if your hood is already beat up from hail dings, road dings, dumbassed dings of all kinds and looks like the surface of the moon?

I think it would actually enhance MY cars hood appearance, but normally I dont like them either.... might grab one though if I can find one cheap.

You leave a bra on all the time, it does one thing. Fucks up your hood. It will rust the hell out of it, rape the paint, and in general bad shit.

Thai racer, you know what you need to do? Pay your fucking tickets and FIX the shit that's fucked up on your car. Like your fog lights for example and rip off the fucking ugly ass brow.
