BBS Front Valance

I know these valances were made for "early" cars, but does anyone know if they will fit fine w/ plastics? If it helps, my car is an 87 converted to plastics so the valance will fit naturally over the shock mounts. I'm just concerned about the possibility of a gap between the valance and bumper.

On the bronzit? Looks like a splitter (flat piece of ABS plastic)
