I have an opportunity to buy a plate filler that basically looks like an extension of the tail lights. Are they rare and how much are they worth? I am contemplating picking it up to resell, or if its not worth much, just paint it black and use it as a normal plate filler. Thanks in advance.

It's not rare like the Racing Dynamics 24v m20 cylinder head, but I'll bet it is of value to someone. I'd bet it goes for sale ~$75-100. -
I am pretty sure it is a late model US style filler. I would post a picture, but the CL ad got taken down. Thanks for the help though guys, I think I will pick it up.Are Three Vee

Definitely not something incredibly desirable, but its unique. You never know what it'll fetch. Post a pic when you get it though.

Its a bit of a drive for me, a little over an hour, so I'm gonna see if he will meet me half way. If I get it, I will post a picture for sure though. Thanks again guys.
EDIT:
He reposted the pictures, here they are:
Now that I look, it appears to be an early model piece?Last edited by csermonet47; 01-17-2010, 11:03 AM.Are Three Vee

Here is the link for anyone interested: http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/pts/1556818223.html
40$ doesn't seem like a bad deal to me.
Thanks for the comparison pics JasonC.Are Three Vee
