Red Plate Filler

I have an opportunity to buy a plate filler that basically looks like an extension of the tail lights. Are they rare and how much are they worth? I am contemplating picking it up to resell, or if its not worth much, just paint it black and use it as a normal plate filler. Thanks in advance.

It's not rare like the Racing Dynamics 24v m20 cylinder head, but I'll bet it is of value to someone. I'd bet it goes for sale ~$75-100.

I'm guessing its the late model one? Is it the US style or Euro style filler?

I am pretty sure it is a late model US style filler. I would post a picture, but the CL ad got taken down. Thanks for the help though guys, I think I will pick it up.

Definitely not something incredibly desirable, but its unique. You never know what it'll fetch. Post a pic when you get it though.

Its a bit of a drive for me, a little over an hour, so I'm gonna see if he will meet me half way. If I get it, I will post a picture for sure though. Thanks again guys.

Pretty sure it is early model. Here is a pic of a recently listed (late model) on Ebay. Highest bid was $76 but didn't make reserve.
