I have something that I'm thinking of trying. I need to get a euro valence for the 85, that one has the curved bottom. My idea is get an 86, 87 one with the flatter bottom and put a late model IS lip on it. I have seen the 86 sport lip on the late model valence and although not a direct fit it seemed the shape was right. Do any of you think this would be reasonably possible? No zip ties or custom molding.

I am not sure what you're getting at.
I have the earlier euro valence, getting an iS lip to align with is will be troublesome. I have what is essentially the early euro version of the iS lip: the Pfeba lip.
What you have in your example pics is the later euro valence, which doesn't slope as far back. There is an OEM iS lip analogue for that valence too, but I don't have a photo handy.

I agree. Thanks for the pshop. that does sit way too high. What Kronus has is my second option, and that would also be the correct valence seeing I have an 85.1985 M10b18. 70maybewhpoffury. Over engineered S50b30 murica BBQ swap in progress.
