Bumper Fitment

I have been looking for directions to adjust the fitment of my bumpers, does anyone know how (they are stock 1989 bumpers) or is there a writeup on it? The bumpers look straight but they have some gap between them and the fenders. Thanks for the help.

Plastic bumpers are well known for their shitty fitment from the factory. Huge 1/2in gaps all the way around.

either way, just lossen the bolts, and slide it around, retighten when its perfect.
