    i got mine 2 days ago...i love it
    '90 325is DD, 5 spd swap-H&R springs-Euro Headlight Fully Built OBD1 M54b30. Ox Blood interior, 3.46 LSD with Z3M Diff Cover. Custom shifter, every bushing replaced.

            Sorry man, forgot to check back in here.

            No rust or anything, have carried all sorts of misc crap on it from coolers to a bike(on its side, I haven't got the mounts yet), no real load over about 40lbs in the cooler.

            The bars are about 5/8"-3/4" or so, definitely not as big as a Thule or Yakima.

            When I get some extra money I am going to buy a Longboard skateboard deck and mount as mine. Something similar to these.

                i put the wood strips on mine about 3 weeks ago, i am staining them today

                                            Not going to lie, I'm liking this more than the Yakima and Thule racks. This might be what I go for, and the wood flooring too. Looking good, how did you mount up your bike btw?

                                                        Surprisingly I like the whole look about that car. How'd you paint the wheels?

                                                        The other day I found an old Thule bike rack from an old Saab 900 my pops used to have. Test fitted it on, and if I hack a couple inches off the bar... BAM free thule rack.
