    Help with shadowline

Just got my shadowline in today, but I ran into a problem:

How do you seperate the trim behind the quarter glass from the painted section? I saw the black clips on the back, but didn't want to mess up the shadowline I just bought by doing something the wrong way.

    Part in question:

    Thanks!

Pull on them from the thinner side. I don't think it's possible to pull it off without breaking most of the clips that hold it on, there are 5 on each side, the P/N is 51 13 1 884 467.

According to Jordan's article (here) you can remove the foam on the back and cut them off, but I didn't have any trouble just pulling mine off. Being that yours are shadowlined I think that I would probably take this approach instead of the one I listed above.

clips always break especially on a 20 year old car, that's why they sell new ones.

That's the article I was looking for, I just couldn't find it. Thanks!

Looks like I'll be ordering some clips tomorrow.
