Rust, what?

So I noticed that I have just a little bit of rust starting under my rear bumper, and I am wondering if anybody can give me some tips as to what to do about it. How to stop it from getting worse, get rid of it, what to use, etc. I appreciate any feedback.

If it JUST started, it's probably surface rust. So, you're best bet is to get some touch up paint and clear coat with it from http://paintscratch.com/ and get some high grit sand paper. Then sand it down until the rust is gone, and paint over any bare metal.

Then just watch it over time, and make sure metal doesn't become exposed again.

If it's bad - you'll need to cut out the portion and weld in a new one. but since you said it jsut started, it should just be surface rust.
