Cheapest Place to get 318is Lip ?

I have a 1991 318is and wondering where I can get the best price for the o.e. lip.

I have checked 2 places:
BavAuto.com $154
Pelican Parts $171

Someone told me that Maximillian Imports has them for $145 but their website is down so I will have to call tomorrow.

Anyone know where else I should check? (Already checked BMA they don't have the 318is lip but the other one which is just straight.)
