Hood too tight

Took my hood off for a variety of gen maint on engine and when put back on it sits approx 1/8" - 1/4" lower than fenders. I have played with the hinges but still is sitting low. If I close the hood it is nearly impossible to re-open unless my wife pushes down near the latch and then I am able to pull the hood release from inside the car to release.

Am I overlooking something here? Is there another adjustment point?

From the engine bay I see the three bolts that attach to the actual hood but I believe you are referring the actual latch itself? What needs to be removed to get to these two bolts?
