How to remove bumper trim pieces

Is there any good way to remove the bumper trim pieces from a plastic bumper without breaking off the plastic mounting tabs? I have a someone in Germany that is willing to pull a set for me, but he is having trouble pulling them without damaging them. Any suggestions?

from the back side with a tiny flat head. still takes skill. my success rate is about 95%
