Vert Bumper Question

I have a '88 Vert (Prod. 11/87) that I want to swap my DB to plastic. I've read that 88+ can be swapped with no modification but does it apply verts aswell?

I've searched but havent found a definite answer on verts.

all verts pre and post '88 can be swapped easily from what I have read...
The rear will require a valence/apron or whatever you call it from either a '91 vert or an aftermarket source
