How to remove the rubstrips..?

I've read several threads on this, and all I've found i somebody saying that there is a nut on the inside of the door, and then unsnap the clips carefully from there. Well, I looked today as I'm planning on blacking my rubstrips, and I ran into a bit of a problem. I see the nuts on the front 2 doors, but on the rear doors there does not appear to be nuts like this...? Also, how do you remove the short section of strip on the fenders? Thanks

they will either be nuts or pop out clips.
when i parted out my last e30 I remember taking them off.
not sure if its different for a 2 dr or 4 dr e30 though.

all in all, it should be quite simple to look at it and realize
how it will come out.
