quick valance question__ es vs. is

Are the 325es and early 325is valance the same? I found one at the yard but it appears to have been modified on the sides (shortened or elongated) I think. Either way i'm going to make it work. I'm going to get a splitter made and i need to find out if they are the same.

the ONLY difference between the two is that the IS front valance has extra 'slits' on the bottom for the oil cooler and the ES valance does not.

i have a splitter on my ES valance *

the IS valance has 4 slots on the bottom half, two in the middle and one on each side under the fog lights.
the ES valance has 2 slots on the bottom half, one on each side under the fog lights

*both have slits under the fog lights and both have two bigger openings for air to flow to the radiator in the center above the bottom half. they both mount the same way and are the same shape and size.
