Are these OEM iS sideskirts? If not, please identify them for me? Thanks!

You're looking between $50-90 for full hardware I'm guessing. I bought full hardware myself.

I keep searching but I cant find the skirts. What name are they under on there? Its not under rocker or fender trim.

Anybody have the drill templates for these or know where to get them?

you don't need a template. easiest way(if you have steady hands) is attatch the little connectors to the skirts. put a few drops of paint on the tips and hold it up to the rocker panel. I've done it before with great outcome on a couple VW's. triple check your measurements from the top of the skirt to the mounting point. compare it to your measurements between the dot, left by the paint, to the top of the rocker panel. If it's off, wipe the paint and repeat the step.

Yes it will, as long as it is not a convertible.
