E30 window fix? broken clips

My driver’s side window came off its tracks. After removing the door panel I found out that one of the plastic clips that slide inside of the metal bracket broke.
I was looking for a part # and I can’t find one, according to BMW I need to replaced the whole mechanism… The part looks like a plastic washer. Any other ideas on how to replace this part? Can I use clips from an E36?

Mine sometimes does this, it pops in and out I guess about halfway down

I had this problem, I fixed it too many times then the window eventually broke. My solution, just went to the junkyard n pulled a new window and track for about $30.00.
