Filler plate on '87 is with diving boards..

Ordered a filler plate from Pelican Parts.... to replace the front license plate bracket.

Any idea how to actually get that wing nut on the back of the bolt? I can get my finger back there (barely), but I think I'd have to stick the wing nut on my fingertip with peanut butter, but then can't figure out how to actually get it on the bolt and turn it..

Am I going to have to take off my bumper to put on a filler plate? :(

    Thanks!

You may have to take the bumper off. You might be able to get away with just removing the front spoiler to give yourself more room.
